Terms of Use

Last updated: September 16, 2026

These Terms of Use govern your access to this website and your use of its forms, scheduling tools, communications, and related online features. By using the website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

1. Website Use

You may use this website only for lawful, personal purposes related to learning about or requesting appliance repair services. You may not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorized access, introduce harmful code, scrape content at scale, or use the website in a way that violates applicable law or the rights of others.

2. Website Content

Text, graphics, layouts, photographs, logos, and other website materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may view and print reasonable portions for personal, non-commercial use. No other copying, republication, modification, distribution, or commercial use is permitted without prior written permission.

3. Service Requests and Appointments

Submitting a form, sending a message, or selecting a preferred time is a request for service and does not by itself guarantee an appointment. An appointment is confirmed only after we communicate confirmation. Arrival windows and completion estimates may change because of traffic, parts availability, the condition of the appliance, safety concerns, or other operational circumstances.

You are responsible for providing accurate information and safe, reasonable access to the appliance and surrounding work area.

4. Diagnosis, Pricing, and Payment

Repair recommendations and pricing may depend on inspection, diagnosis, labor, parts, taxes, accessibility, and the actual condition of the appliance. Any estimate is based on the information available at the time and may be revised if additional issues are discovered. Applicable payment and cancellation terms will be communicated when service is scheduled or before work begins.

5. Repair Limitations

Appliances may have multiple faults, hidden damage, improper prior repairs, installation problems, code issues, or pre-existing conditions. Repairing one diagnosed issue does not guarantee the condition or remaining life of the entire appliance. Additional work will not be performed without appropriate authorization.

Service may be declined or stopped when conditions are unsafe, access is inadequate, required parts are unavailable, or the requested work is outside the services offered.

6. Calls, Text Messages, and Email

When you provide contact information, you authorize service-related calls, text messages, and emails concerning your request, appointment, technician arrival, estimate, billing, or support. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of text messages and HELP for assistance. Marketing messages, if any, are sent only when separately permitted.

7. Information You Submit

You confirm that information you submit is accurate and that you have authority to provide it. Do not submit unlawful content or confidential information that is not necessary for your service request. Feedback you voluntarily provide may be used to improve services, but it will not be published as a testimonial without appropriate permission.

8. Third-Party Services and Links

The website may rely on third-party tools for forms, scheduling, communications, analytics, maps, or payment processing and may link to external websites. Those services have their own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for third-party content, availability, or practices.

9. Disclaimer

The website and its content are provided for general information on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties relating to the website, including uninterrupted availability, complete accuracy, and freedom from harmful components. Nothing on the website replaces an on-site diagnosis or a written service agreement.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential losses arising solely from use of, or inability to use, the website. This limitation does not exclude liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded.

11. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how information submitted through the website may be collected, used, and shared. By using the website, you acknowledge that policy.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as the website or services change. The revised version becomes effective when posted with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use of the website after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

13. Applicable Law

These Terms are governed by applicable federal law and the laws that apply in the jurisdiction where the relevant services are provided, without limiting any non-waivable consumer rights.

14. Contact

Questions about these Terms may be submitted through the contact form or by using the contact information displayed on this website.

These Terms apply to use of the website. Any separate written estimate, invoice, warranty, or service agreement controls if its terms conflict with this page.

What we service

Viking Appliances We Repair

Every Viking unit in your kitchen: built-in, freestanding and panel-ready.

Our focus

What Makes Viking Different to Repair

Viking builds closer to commercial equipment than to what a general repair shop sees most days. That shows up in three places on almost every job, and it is why we work on these units all day, in every metro we cover.

  1. Assemblies come out wholeBurner boxes, blowers and sealed systems are serviced as units, in an opening with almost no clearance around them.
  2. Model years divergeThermostats, gaskets, elements and boards changed across runs. The serial number decides the part, the model name does not.
  3. Nothing is only cosmeticA door that sits slightly out of true throws the seal, the temperature and the panel alignment at once.

How we work

The Same Four Rules in Every City

Whichever metro you pick above, the job runs the same way.

A Written Price First

The technician diagnoses the unit, then hands you a firm number. It holds once the work starts.

Up to 1 Year Warranty

Parts and labor, in writing. If the same fault returns inside that window, we come back at no charge.

OEM Parts on the Truck

Igniters, control boards, fan motors and door gaskets ride with the technician, so the common faults don't wait on a parts order.

Seven Days a Week

Bookings run every day of the week, and same-day slots are held open for breakdowns.

Brands

Viking, and the Brands Beside It

Viking is what we work on most. These are the other premium brands we take on in the same kitchens.
